Quote request data: When you submit a quote request, the primary purpose of collecting your information is to connect you with M2M SIM providers that match your requirements. We will share your contact details and deployment requirements with relevant providers so they can respond to your enquiry with pricing and service information. We will only share your data with providers whose offering is relevant to your stated needs — we do not broadcast your details to all providers on our platform.

By submitting the quote form you give your approval for us to share your details with matched providers. You may withdraw this at any time by contacting privacy@m2msims.com.

Providers who receive your data operate as independent data controllers for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any provider you engage with.

Contact form messages are not shared with any third party. They are used solely to respond to your enquiry.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. We use the following third-party services to process your data:

• Supabase: Database storage with enterprise-grade security including encryption at rest and in transit.
• Resend: Email delivery service, used to send lead notifications and contact form messages.
• Vercel Analytics: Privacy-focused website analytics that does not use cookies or collect personal data.
• Google Analytics: Website analytics, loaded only after you accept our analytics consent banner. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

5a. Data Retention

Quote request data is retained for 12 months to follow up on your requirements and improve our matching service. Contact form messages are retained for 6 months. Analytics data is aggregated and does not contain personal information. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@m2msims.com.
